Ready to level up your kitchen skills? 👩‍🍳 Spend an evening in the Barn Studio Teaching Kitchen for a masterclass in Salmon! Chef Blake will walk you step-by-step through preparing a stunning main course and a decadent sauce.

What You’ll Learn:

  • How to get the perfect sear on Salmon

  • How to stabilize a Buerre Blanc for easy holding

  • Best ways to hold your fish before cooking

You’ll work in teams of two on the main course and your dinner will consist of Chef’s choice appetizer, Seared Salmon, Beurre Blanc, Herbed Potatoes, Roasted Vegetables and topped off with a delicious dessert.
