Please join us in celebrating our beautiful summer and welcoming our new harvest season.
Chef Katy has prepared a night of summer foods with wine to pair. Starting with Seasonal Sweet Corn and Sharp Cheddar Fritters with a Blueberry and Peach Preserve, followed by a Golden Beet Soup with Dill Flower. For our main course, Chef will prepare a tasteful and bright New England Salade Niçoise with Cast-Iron Halibut, and then to finish our evening we will have Fresh Summer Strawberries and Shortbread Cookies with a Basil Mousse.
