6:00PM - 8:00PM
Celebrate the flavors of fall with an evening of handmade pasta, seasonal ingredients, and time spent around the table. Chef will introduce you to the history of cavatelli and the many shapes and techniques that make Italian pasta traditions so unique. Once the cooking is complete, gather around the table to enjoy a chef-plated pumpkin pasta entrée with fresh ricotta, focaccia and seasonal butter, and your homemade salad. Before you leave, your handmade pasta will be frozen and packaged so you can bring it home and recreate the dish in your own kitchen.
