Chef will guide you through the world of flour, including the key differences between American and European varieties and the role protein content plays in developing texture and structure. After you’ve explored the fundamentals, you’ll add seasonal toppings and bake your own focaccia loaf. 

Once your bread is in the oven, the fun shifts to building a seasonal appetizer. You’ll learn how to prepare both whipped ricotta and cashew ricotta, then experiment with a variety of fresh toppings to create your own combination of flavors, textures, and colors. After searing and finishing your focaccia, gather around the table to enjoy your creation together with a seasonal chef prepared lunch and dessert.

What You’ll Learn:
