Summer Solstice Farm-To-Fork Supper (June 21)

Let us come together and embrace the new harvest that reminds us of the importance of nourishing ourselves as well as the love for community, as we enter into this new season with gratitude.

 ·      There will be many dishes, as well as wine pairings, then ending with desserts which are always gluten free.

·      We will have Halibut and some cut of Beef, for the two main courses.

·      If you are vegetarian, there will be plenty of side plates to enjoy, but there is no vegetarian substitute for the main course.

·      All dishes are gluten free with the exception of the Cast-Iron Bread that

compliments the table.

·      Some dishes will be vegan; however, an Herbed Compound Butter is used by Chef, often.

 Mingling on the terrace with a seasonal cocktail, begins at 630 PM and we will take our seats to begin our feast, at 7. Our evening will end around 830-9.

*Accommodations for nut allergies as well as dairy, will not be able to be made for this event.

*Mocktails will be provided for those who do not wish to partake in the wine pairings.
