Herbs! From Garden to Kitchen (June 26)
In this class we will discuss the uses of the most common herbs, their histories in culinary arts, medicine and folklore, while also learning a few techniques for preservation, and uses in the kitchen. Chef Adam will create recipes that reflect the introduction of these herbs into the home kitchen on a more regular and easy-to-use basis.
With our flower-grower and herb enthusiast Zach Burk, you will plant up a small planter of 3 herbs to grow throughout the season, and be able to harvest and implement some of the techniques that you have learned from Chef.
Food & Wine included!
