Chef TJ will focus this class on FISH!

While our Chef is discussing different cooking methods, what to do and not do in the kitchen when preparing fish, and what to look for when buying fish, he will also be instructing you on how to cook your own Roasted Whole Branzino. Braised turnips with Tomato Miso Beurre Blanc Sauce will complete the meal along with a Seasonal Salad, Charcuterie Boards, Wine and a dessert.
