Join us for an evening of learning how to make the versatile pate-a-choux to create a Croquembouche masterpiece. A croquembouche, French for “crunch in the mouth”, is a cone-shaped tower of cream puffs.
In addition to your scrumptious dessert, dinner will include Gnocchi-Leek Soup with TF Winter Greens, Crispy Shallots, Parmigiano, Green Olive and Grilled Sourdough. Charcuterie Boards and wine will top off your experience.
