Pappardelle is a broad, flat pasta that originated from Tuscany, Italy. The name comes from the Italian word pappare, which means "to gobble up". This is a fresh Pasta class, so the focus will be on the techniques around making fresh pasta. In addition to the Pappardelle, Lamb Ossobuco with Parsley Gremolata, charcuterie boards, wine and a dessert will complete your evening dinner at the farm.
