Spend a winter evening with Chef Blake learning to prepare a delicious and classic meal. Guests will learn how to prepare Apple Cider Braised Chicken Leg, with carrots and potatoes. You will work in groups of four to properly cut Turner Farm vegetables and sear the chicken for optimal. A crudité appetizer, seasonal dessert and wine will also be provided.
