●  Build vibrant taco fillings and fresh, seasonal salsas.

●  Assembling tacos with balanced flavor, texture, and acidity in mind

Key Techniques:

●  Proper masa dough hydration and technique.

●  Tortilla pressing and griddle cooking.

●  Salsa Fundamentals: roasting, seasoning, and blending.

Hands-on Dinner Menu:

● Tacos de Carne Asada

Marinated grilled beef served with handmade corn tortillas, fresh salsas, pickled red onions, and appropriate accompaniments

*Charcuterie boards, wine and dessert will be provided. Dessert will be Cinnamon Sugar Sopapilla Bites with Honey
